Although summer is fast approaching, it is not too late to get your body ready for the beach (or pool). To improve the way that you look in a swimsuit or shorts, start now! As a result, you will look great and feel fantastic as you stroll (or strut) down the beach. Prepare to turn heads with these 25 tips. 

1. Start Walking

Daily exercise is one of the best ways to get ready for summer. Instead of feeling embarrassed by extra pounds or jiggly skin, start walking. Just 30 to 60 minutes of walking a day will do wonders for your body. In addition to toning muscles and reducing fat, walking releases chemicals in the brain known as endorphins. With these “feel good” chemicals, you will quickly look forward to your daily walks.

Before long, your skin will be tighter, the pounds will melt away, and your entire attitude about being seen on the beach or at the pool will change. You can get up a little earlier in the morning to walk or take your walk in the evening. You can also take a pair of walking tennis shoes with you to work and walk during your lunch hour.
