Wellness experts from WebMD state the two top diets that past decade have been the Vegan and Paleo. Two extremes that have a lot in common, with just a little different approach. The Vegan Diet consists of a plant based eating plan loaded with protective antioxidants to fight off disease, lots of fiber to help remove harmful toxins, and plenty of healthy fat protein-rich nuts and seeds to build muscle and support optimal cell function. With true Vegan eating you don’t eat any food from animals. This means no meat, eggs, milk or milk products, and you don’t use or harm any products that are manufactured at the animal’s expense. Most Vegans have an emotional attachment to eating which revolves around protecting the environment, clean living, and supporting animal rights.
