So you’ve decided you want to start running. Amazing! But where do you start? Do you have the right shoes? Are you going out for fun or are you following a training program? Are you running outside or are you opting to run indoors on a treadmill? Do you have a particular goal in mind – a race, a certain distance or a specific amount of time you want to be able to run for? These are all questions you should ask yourself before you start running. There are definitely things that I wish people would have taught me when I first started running. I’ve been a runner for about 3 years so I’ve learned a few things here and there. Anything from blisters to chafing and these are things you don’t think about unless you’re actually a runner.
