For many people excuses come second nature. NEWSFLASH! Excuses are easy and useless. Just a means of justifying to yourself you failed. Where there’s a will there’s a way. It’s important to take control when you are traveling and make sure you get your fitness in each day. Your health is your number one asset and here are a few pointers to set you up for on the run fitness heaven.

Pack Healthy Snack and Get Liquefied

Theeverygirl.com highly recommends packing a barrage of healthy snacks on the road so you aren’t temped with crap when you tummy rumbles. This also enables you to have the energy and mindset to get active when you get the chance. Snacks like almonds, fresh fruit, and protein-rich all natural power bars are great options. Add to this oodles of water for hydration and energy. Get into the habit of carrying a water bottle with you and this will remind you to open the hatch and chug it back.
