Not A Morning Person? Try This.
Getting up early is not something myself, or many other people I know, are particularly good at. When my alarm goes off, the first thing that comes to mind is “Do I really need to get up now, or can it wait another... errr…. hour?” and I know I’m not alone here. I wish I could be one of those people who get up at 5:30 a.m. every single day to run before they need to go to work. Some days I can do this no problem, but most days it’s a total nightmare to even think about (no pun intended). So what are some things we could do to change our ways and start waking up earlier (with smiles on our faces preferably)? It does take some time and practice, but here are some tips to get us started.
