Go on A Hike

It’s well-known that exercise releases endorphins that contribute to positive emotions like happiness, so next time you feel like you need a boost lace up and get hiking! There’s an amazing sense of freedom that comes from hiking through nature surrounded by nothing but the trees, rocks, and open sky. If there’s a big park or hiking trail near your city, get together with a group of friends and go!

It can be hard for some people to get outside during the day, so remind yourself to open the door and go on a long walk or head to a nearby park. Grab a pair of running shoes and a water bottle. Try and avoid answering your phone and just relax and enjoy nature.
