Pretty tough these days to find any excess fat in Hollywood. And if you do, it usually doesn’t last long because at some point in time the “fat” star becomes another “skinny” star. Some stars are so thin they are seriously risking their health. The problem is many of these stars won’t fess up to exactly what they’ve got to do to get stick thin in Hollywood. They may laugh and boast about having great genes, or maybe they have a high metabolism that allows them to eat junk food and not gain an ounce; I say hogwash. The reality is if you’re going to stay super thin you’ve got to work at it and go to the extreme. Here are a few celeb diet secrets they don’t want you to know.

Not so wise, because if you don’t provide your body with at least enough calories to function, it will shut down and your metabolism slows because your body is in starvation mode. Luckily the trainer worked his magic and persuaded her to have a few almonds, protein shake, and some vitamins. You can’t build lean muscle to burn fat if you don’t give your body the nutrients to do it. The average adult needs a minimum of 1,200 calories per day to maintain their weight with zippo exercise.
